Strong and durable AISI 304 Wedge Wire Resin Traps for Mixed Bed
The mixed bed adopts a fixed bed exchange process, it is composed of upper water inlet device, middle drainage device, lower porous plate, water retaining plate, filter cloth layer, valve system, and compressed air inlet device.
In the mixed ion exchanger, the anion and cation exchange resins are mixed and filled in the same exchange vessel according to a certain proportion, so that the anion and cation exchange reactions can be carried out at the same time, so the desalting rate of the effluent water is very high.
The mixed ion exchanger is generally installed after the anion and cation exchanger, or after the electrodialysis and reverse osmosis devices to form a treatment system for preparing pure water.
